Meet Kristen
Kristen's journey with Pilates has been truly transformative, touching various aspects of her life. She has been passionate about physical activity from a young age, engaging in a diverse range of athletic pursuits like dance, snowboarding, golf, and more. However, it was a back injury she suffered in her early 20s that led her to discover the incredible benefits of Pilates. Through her own experience, she came to realize that Pilates was the key to her recovery and improved mobility.
Inspired by this personal transformation, Kristen felt compelled to share the healing power of Pilates with others. In 2013, she underwent professional training in the Balance Body Full Repertoire Program. This pivotal training not only transformed her career but also profoundly impacted her life.
For a decade, Kristen worked in a Physical Therapy studio at AVPT/Pilates Shoppe, where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with diverse and dynamic populations. During this time, she developed a special expertise in working with golfers and tennis players at the Marabella Country Club, helping them enhance their performance and overall movement.
Kristen's expertise extended beyond AVPT/Pilates Shoppe as she shared her knowledge and skills at various studios, including CDM Pilates, Villa Pilates, Newport Fitness, and Escape Pilates in Orange County, CA. Her teaching repertoire expanded beyond Pilates to include Yoga, Spin, Yogalates, and general fitness training. She even ventured into international teaching experiences.
Kristen firmly believes that Pilates is a holistic practice that can harmonize the mind, body, and soul, ultimately leading to a more intentional and well-balanced life. She sees Pilates as a pathway to align oneself with their true north and reach their higher self.
In addition, Kristen brings a wealth of operational and financial experience spanning 25 years to the table. Her track record demonstrates her ability to drive increased revenue and profitability within leading organizations through strategic operational changes aimed at enhancing efficiency.

Kristen's qualifications include being a National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Comprehensively Balanced Body trained, and holding certifications in Spencer and NESTA Yoga Sculpt.

Jen Landry is more than just a fitness instructor; she's a living testament to the power of fitness and self-transformation. Her journey into the fitness industry began approximately 15 years ago, and from the moment she started teaching, she was captivated by the incredible changes she witnessed, not only in herself but also in her clients. It was a revelation of both physical and mental transformation that fueled her passion for teaching.
Even in the face of personal challenges such as low back issues and torn shoulders, Jen turned to Pilates as her source of strength and resilience. Pilates not only helped her regain her physical confidence but also nurtured her mental well-being.
Jen is a beloved local instructor known for her versatility. She has taught a diverse range of fitness disciplines, including spin, yoga, Lagree method Pilates, Traditional Pilates, yoga sculpt, and Stand-Up Paddling. Her presence has graced numerous studios throughout Orange County, including YAS, Equinox in Newport Beach, Irvine, and Huntington Beach, Seafit Pilates, YogaWorks, Villa Pilates, Pilates Plus OC, Newport Fitness, SupCore, and Escape Pilates.
Her dedication goes beyond the studio; she is committed to inspiring not only her clients but also her friends and family to lead happy, positive lives filled with daily physical activity. Jen's teaching approach is rooted in getting to know her clients, understanding their bodies and goals so that she can provide effective guidance, ensure proper form, deliver rewarding workouts, and infuse an element of enjoyment into each session.
In 2011, Jen became a Lululemon Ambassador, where she contributed to Run Clubs and fitness events at various Lululemon locations in Orange County. Her passions extend beyond the studio, including activities such as beach volleyball, biking, hiking in local parks and mountains, snowboarding, paddling, and spending time with her furry companion.
For Jen, Pilates has been a transformative force in her teaching and personal training. It's not just about physical fitness but also about embracing the profound mind-body connection that Pilates offers. She firmly believes that Pilates has the potential to change lives, helping individuals achieve physical balance and well-being for years to come.
Jen holds certifications in NCPT, Balanced Body, Equinox Mat & Reformer Pilates, TRX, Spin, Yoga, and Lagree. Her extensive knowledge and passion for fitness shine through in her work, motivating and guiding others toward healthier, more balanced lives.
